Return Process

  Email our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a unique Return Authorization code.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused items back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective wraps are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Norwich

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or visit our Norwich boutique for an in-person return.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
